Refund policy
Our policy refund policy is valid from 30 days for return. if 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us to discuss special circumstances as we value our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at jacqui@ozresort.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Products that have had tags removed have been worn or washed.
- Garments where the packaging has been damaged that it would render the product unsaleable.
- Sale items
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Product Shipping Cost:
We only bear return shipping costs If you got damaged or faulty products but if you want to exchange, or order by your mistake then you have to pay the actual shipping cost
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or Missing Refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: When you place an order we will send an email to you that your order is confirmed and we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. We process orders in one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DELIVERY TIME: The product will be delivered to your address within 2 to 3 business days in Australia and for the rest of the world it may take 7-10 days
SHIPPING COST: We have Three shipping Rates for Australia that is
Express Shipping - For Order value 0-99.99 shipping cost is A$10.00
Express Shipping- For Order value 100-149.99 shipping cost is A$13.50
Free Shipping- For Order value 150 to up shipping cost is Free
Outside of Australia in all other countries, we have a flat shipping rate that is A$22

We use DHL/ Australia post/ FedEx for all orders to deliver. Please note: your order is delivered directly to your doorstep.
